$39.07/hr - $45.40/hr

• Must demonstrate safe work practices always.
• Must be able to work a minimum of 40 hours/week, plus frequent overtime.
• Successful candidates must become a member of the local Union.
• Ability to read and understand blueprints and drawings.
• Knowledge of control valves and motor control circuits.
• Ability to perform process troubleshooting tasks and work with industrial control circuits.
• Familiarity with motors, HVAC, DCS, AC/DC drives, tube and conduit bending, PLCs, and instrumentation calibration.

• Full-time Rumford Union Employee.
• Knowledge of maintenance skills.
• Successful completion of E&I aptitude test.
• Successful completion of hands-on testing.
• Successful completion of interview process.

• Associate’s degree or higher in electrical, electromechanical, IBEW apprentice program, or equivalent.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Knowledge of Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook is a plus.
• Self-directed and motivated.
• Ability to read and understand blueprints and drawings.
• Knowledge of control valves and motor control circuits.
• Ability to perform process troubleshooting tasks and work with industrial control circuits.
• Familiarity with motors, HVAC, DCS, AC/DC drives, tube and conduit bending, PLCs, and instrument calibration.
