General Warehouse Associate

CoWorx Staffing is hiring general warehouse associates in the Fryeburg, ME area! The General Warehouse Associates supports daily warehouse and production operations, including cleaning, sorting, packaging, and palletizing potatoes. This role plays a key part in ensuring products meet Company quality, safety, and food production standards while maintaining an organized and efficient work environment. The associate will assist across multiple areas of the production line, work closely with Production Line Leads and Machine Operators, and report directly to the Warehouse Assistant Production Manager.

• Assist with cleaning, sorting, packaging, and palletizing potatoes according to production needs
• Operate or support machinery as trained, including start-up, monitoring, and shut-down
• Perform general warehouse duties such as loading/unloading, stacking, and organizing inventory
• Monitor product quality and report issues to Production Leads or Quality Control
• Maintain clean, safe, and organized work areas in compliance with sanitation and safety standards
• Follow supervisor instructions and collaborate with team members across departments
• Perform routine equipment checks and report maintenance concerns promptly
• Assist with training new warehouse associates as needed

• Previous warehouse, production, or farm experience preferred but not required
• Basic mechanical aptitude and willingness to learn equipment operation
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods
• Strong attention to detail with a focus on safety, quality, and efficiency
• Good communication skills and ability to follow verbal and written instructions
• Flexible, adaptable, and able to meet changing production priorities
• Team-oriented with a strong work ethic and positive attitude

Pay Range: $18–$20/hour

Schedule:

Monday–Friday

Shift: 1st Shift | 6:00 AM – 5:00/6:00 PM
