The Public Services Director is responsible for planning, organizing, and directing the operations of the Public Services Department, including road maintenance, waste management, snow removal, and facility maintenance. This role requires strong leadership skills, strategic planning abilities, and a commitment to enhancing the quality of life for Bridgton residents.
The successful candidate will be professional, energetic, self-motivated, and willing to work irregular hours. The Public Services Director should reside within a reasonable distance of the Town of Bridgton to be available for snow plowing and timely response to emergency situations.
Salary: $85,000
This is an exempt position that may frequently require after-hours duties.
