At James & Whitney Co., we’re expanding rapidly and looking for a driven, results‑oriented Exteriors Project Manager to oversee high‑quality roofing, siding, and window installations at job sites throughout Southern Maine
. In this full‑time role, you’ll work closely with skilled, experienced crews to ensure projects are completed on time, on budget, and to the highest standards.

• Lead and Manage Projects:
  Oversee projects from start to finish, ensuring successful and timely completion.
• Coordinate Resources and Teams:
  Manage schedules and coordinate crews to deliver exceptional results.
• Client Relationship Management:
  Be the main point of contact for clients, providing clear communication and ensuring their satisfaction.
• Problem‑Solving and Troubleshooting:
  Address issues quickly and find effective solutions to keep projects on track.
• Quality Control:
  Maintain high industry standards for quality, safety, and compliance.

• Industry Expertise:
  Experience in managing carpentry, roofing, siding, or window projects.
