As a Custodian, you will be responsible for executing a variety of cleaning and maintenance tasks that uphold our high standards of cleanliness and safety.

• Perform thorough cleaning of all areas including offices, restrooms, hallways, and common spaces using appropriate cleaning supplies and equipment
• Conduct floor care activities such as sweeping, mopping, buffing, and carpet cleaning to keep surfaces pristine and extend their lifespan
• Handle janitorial responsibilities including trash removal, restocking supplies, and disinfecting high‑touch surfaces to promote health and safety
• Carry out industrial cleaning tasks in designated areas to maintain hygiene standards in more demanding environments
• Operate cleaning machinery safely and efficiently while adhering to safety protocols
• Support general porter duties including moving furniture or supplies as needed to facilitate building operations

• Proven experience in custodial work or janitorial services with a strong understanding of commercial cleaning procedures
• Knowledge of floor care techniques including buffing and carpet extraction
• Prior experience in residential painting or industrial cleaning is advantageous
• Familiarity with facilities maintenance tasks such as minor repairs and general upkeep
• Ability to operate cleaning equipment safely and effectively
• Strong attention to detail with a proactive approach to cleanliness and safety standards
• Excellent time management skills to prioritize tasks efficiently

Pay: $17.00 - $18.60 per hour
