Groundskeeper

Position: GROUNDSKEEPER
Location: Casco

POINT SEBAGO RESORT- CASCO, ME - HOUSING MAY BE AVAILABLE

Seasonal Full Time Positions Available
Primary Duties & Responsibilities

• Ensures that all guest-facing areas are clean, tidy and well-presented.
• Be the face of the resort and always offer courteous and professional service for internal and external guests.
• Performs daily cleaning and maintenance of all grounds in line with resort procedures/expectations as assigned.
• Assists in all facets of resort cleaning and maintenance. This includes trash pickup, mowing and weed trimming, painting and site cleaning.
• Rakes, shovels, and loads material as needed relating to projects being done.
• Completes all required tasks associated with site check-ins and check-outs.
• Responds quickly and professionally to work orders assigned through Contract Services.
• Reports any unsafe conditions related to grounds and equipment to their manager.
• Supports and follows Cove Communities and Point Sebago policy at all times.

Required Skills/Abilities:

• Must have clean driver's license
• Must be able to work independently as well as part of a team.
• Weekend work and evenings are required

• All other duties as assigned

Physical Requirements:

• Must have the ability to stand for long periods and ability to lift 50lbs
