Facilities Associate

Location: Yarmouth

Summary: May perform in one or more of the Administration functions. Under moderate supervision and the following standard procedures with some independent judgment maintains buildings and grounds by performing some or all of the following duties.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

Maintains company facility and other company-owned properties by performing activities such as:

Making minor and routine repairs.

Notifying management concerning need for major repairs or additions to lighting, heating, and other equipment.

Recording mileage, changing oil, and performing other activities on company vehicles.

Cleaning and maintaining work areas and equipment.

Cleaning Restrooms

Provides daily snacks/drinks for employees by performing activities such as:

Ordering and shopping for supplies

Preparing food/drinks.

Ensures maintenance of grounds by performing activities such as:

Mowing lawns.

Watering, weeding, grooming and replacing external and internal plants as needed.

Removing snow, litter or other items.

Decorates interior or exterior of company facilities for various holidays.

May provide leadership to junior staff through guidance and training.

Performs other duties as assigned.

Education/Experience:

Level 2:
High school diploma or general education degree (GED); or up to one year related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.

A minimum requirement for this position is the ability to work legally in the United States. No visa sponsorship/support is available for this position, including for any type of U.S. permanent residency (green card) process.
