Maintenance Attendant

Under the supervision of the Maintenance Supervisor, the Maintenance Attendant assumes the following responsibilities:

• Monitor the basic inventory of tools and materials and report needs to the supervisor.
• Use materials and equipment responsibly and with care.
• Complete required self-evaluations at the end of each period.

• Carry out daily maintenance tasks for the site and buildings (cleaning, minor repairs, upkeep of common areas).
• Ensure the cleanliness, safety, and organization of work areas, tools, and equipment.
• Follow all safety, hygiene, and sanitation standards and regulations.
• Dispose of waste and recyclable materials properly.
• Promote the responsible and economical use of materials and cleaning products.

• Assist other team members and volunteers as needed.
• Follow task lists and instructions provided by the supervisor.
• Maintain a positive, respectful, and collaborative attitude within the team.

• Offer basic technical assistance to other camp departments (e.g., moving equipment, setting up spaces, simple installations).
• Report any issues, breakage, or safety concerns to the supervisor promptly.
• Participate in other tasks and activities as assigned by Camp management.

• Be at least 18 years old.
• Demonstrate autonomy, initiative, punctuality, and enthusiasm.
• Adopt safe behaviors and actively contribute to incident prevention.
• Respect the camp’s code of ethics and community guidelines at all times.
