Schedule: Day shifts (10am-6pm| 11am-7pm)

Hourly Wage: starting at $22.65

Reports to the Environmental Service Manager, the housekeeping cleaner maintains high standards of cleanliness and sanitation throughout the client’s home by cleaning and sanitizing rooms and furnishings in assigned work areas following established policies and procedures.

• Performs general cleaning and sanitizing of resident rooms, common areas, and facilities using specified cleaning agents and following established procedures.
• Vacuums, sweeps, m, scrubs, and disinfects floors, fixtures, and furnishings.
• Dusts surfaces, spot cleans walls, windows, and doors, and empties wastebaskets.
• Removes and disposes of waste, garbage, and recycling in a safe and sanitary manner.
• Ensures resident privacy while performing housekeeping duties.
• Adheres to company policies and safety protocols, including infection control and fire safety procedures.
• Assists with occasional deep cleaning and seasonal tasks as needed.
• Collaborates with other departments for tasks such as moving and storing supplies, furniture, and equipment.
• Attends training sessions and meetings as required.

• Considerable lifting, reaching, squatting, kneeling, crouching, moving equipment and climbing ladders. Exposure to biochemical agents and wet floors.
• Ability to work safely, following established safety practices & procedures.
• Ability to read and write English and follow simple written and verbal instructions in English
