Maintains the cleanliness of the property.

• Responds to requests for cleaning and/or basic maintenance throughout the property.
• Observes and reports conditions requiring attention and/or repair.
• Maintains a high level of cleanliness for public areas of the property.

• Removes trash to appropriate areas.
• Utilizes assigned equipment, including vacuums, trash compactors, and carpet shampoos.
• Maintains inventory of custodial supplies.
• Effectively uses safety equipment and follows all safety and health procedures when using chemicals and other equipment.
• Performs other jobs as assigned by the direction of management.
• Requires lifting up to but not limited to 50 lbs.

May need to exert up to 50 pounds of force occasionally, up to 20 pounds of force frequently, and up to 10 pounds of force constantly to move objects. The work also involves climbing, reaching, standing, walking, pushing, pulling, and lifting. It may involve prolonged loud noise in close quarters.
