We are looking for motivated, curious and tech‑passionate people with a good experience with Service Now, in particular a great knowledge of its components and modules. You’ll work across all Service Now modules in the RUN team for an important customer. You’ll need to provide development and maintenance related support for Service Now tool implementation and customization. You’ll develop with Client Scripts, UI policies, UI Macros, Scheduled Jobs, Flow Designer and Background Scripts to expand Service Now usage for the clients.

You’ll work on Data Source and building scripts for Transform Map to import the asset/CI data into Service Now using import sets. You’ll use Service Catalog items and complex workflows to automate user’s daily business processes. Building tables, customizing and design forms, fields as per the customer needs. You have experience collecting customer requirements, writing technical documents and designing solutions.

Technical Diploma.

• Bachelor, University or Master Degree into STEM disciplines (Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics, Physics, Statistics)
