We are looking for a Cybersecurity Analyst to join our Security team.

This role supports a variety of teams—Engineering, Sales, and Legal—by addressing security‑related questions and ensuring our products and systems remain secure and compliant.

Whether you're from a software development background looking to move into security, or are an experienced software security analyst, this is your chance to grow with us.

• Analyze and assess CVE reports; recommend mitigations, workarounds, and remediation steps
• Support ongoing governance and compliance
• Contribute to the security hardening of Blue Cat products
• Collaborate cross‑functionally with Engineering, Sales, Legal, and Compliance teams
• Support product penetration testing by maintaining target systems

• 4+ years of experience with Unix/Linux systems
• Ability to understand code in languages such as Java or C is required
• Understanding of software architectures, data‑flows, and data‑protection principles
• Strong understanding of software development practices
• Proficiency in scripting (e.g., Shell, Python)
• Excellent communication skills—both technical and non‑technical
• Solid understanding of IP networking and protocols (e.g., IPv4/6, TCP/UDP, DNS, DHCP)
• Familiarity with higher‑layer protocols and security architectures (e.g., TLS, SSH)
• Knowledge of compliance domains such as SOC2, ISO 27001, GDPR
