, we are hiring an SAP Signavio Consultant to support process transparency, optimisation, and continuous improvement initiatives for our life sciences clients.

You will work as part of a high-calibre, impactful consulting team, partnering with clients to implement SAP Signavio use cases, translate process data into meaningful insights, and drive continuous improvement across S/4

HANA transformation programmes.

At Tenthpin, your skills and curiosity will matter. Our specialist focus in Life Sciences means you will work on transformation programmes where process transparency, compliance, and measurable outcomes are critical.

As an SAP Signavio Consultant, you will focus on process modelling, process mining, and insight generation, helping clients understand how their processes operate today and where improvements can be made.

The opportunity will include, but is not limited to:

• Supporting the implementation of SAP Signavio Process Manager
• Creating SAP Signavio Process Intelligence / Insights initiatives
• Assisting in designing process mining and analysis use cases
• Developing dashboards and KPIs using SIGNAL scripting
• Supporting process governance and continuous improvement initiatives
• Contributing to client workshops, documentation, and stakeholder enablement
• Working collaboratively within delivery teams across S/4
  
  HANA programmes

First and foremost, you are a genuine Management Consultant — a hands‑on problem solver with a strong interest in process analysis and digital transformation. You communicate clearly, enjoy working with stakeholders, and bring analytical thinking to complex process challenges.

• Hands‑on experience with SAP Signavio
• Familiarity with Signavio Process Manager and Process Intelligence / Insights
• SIGNAL scripting capability or willingness to develop it
• Understanding of SAP S/4
  
  HANA business processes
• Strong analytical and communication skills

• Exposure to SAP Cloud ALM (CALM)
• Awareness of broader Application Lifecycle Management (ALM) concepts
