Position: IT Manager - Global Lean & Ops Excellence Applications

JOB SUMMARY

This role leads the global IT function “Lean & Operational Excellence Applications”, responsible for the deployment, support, and continuous improvement of Lean & Operational Excellence applications and platforms across all Jabil sites. The IT Manager reports to the IT Director Global Applications and will oversee all aspects of service delivery, application lifecycle, vendor coordination, system compliance, and team performance in alignment with business and manufacturing goals.

The position requires strong lean & operational excellence domain knowledge, hands‑on leadership, and the ability to operate in a global matrix environment.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Own and manage the global IT delivery and operations of the Lean & Operational Excellence Applications tower
  • Define and execute the IT strategy for the Lean & Ops Excellence application tower in alignment with enterprise and digital transformation goals
  • Lead a global virtual team of IT specialists and coordinate with regional/site IT for deployment, development and support activities
  • Act as primary IT point of contact for Lean & Ops Excellence application programs across business units and manufacturing leadership
  • Ensure platform stability, performance, compliance, and availability in a regulated manufacturing environment
  • Drive continuous improvement and service excellence through metrics, governance, and proactive risk management
  • Manage vendor relationships, license contracts, and service escalations related to Global Lean & Ops Excellence applications tower
  • Lead system lifecycle planning including upgrades, patching, and obsolescence management
  • Own change and release processes to minimize operational disruption and maintain audit readiness, as applicable
  • Manage IT financials for the Lean & Ops Excellence application team including budgeting, forecasting, and cost optimization
  • Support the preparation of business cases and ROI analyses for strategic initiatives and platform investments
  • Partner with internal security, infrastructure, and compliance teams to maintain a robust control framework
  • Contribute to the global IT leadership community, sharing best practices and aligning to corporate IT standards
  • Support audit readiness, corrective actions, and resolution of any system non-conformances
  • Build and develop team capabilities to support current needs and future evolution
  • Select, develop, and evaluate personnel (internal/external) to ensure the efficient operation of the IT function
  • Coordinate the work schedules, priorities, and performance management of IT personnel.
  • Demonstrate a commitment to customer/business service; anticipate, meet and exceed expectations by solving problems quickly and effectively, making business issues a priority
  • Understand and embrace the global IT strategic direction
  • Adhere to all safety and health rules and regulations associated with this position and as directed by leadership
  • Enforce and follow all applicable procedures and policies within IT and the company
  • Participate in internal audit programs and drive nonconformance issues to conclusion
  • Support/ Govern Project Management, as required
  • May perform other duties and responsibilities as assigned

The pay range for this role is $115,500 - $207,900. Job‑related, non‑discriminatory factors used to determine the actual offered rate include qualifications and experience, geographic location, education, external market data, and consideration of internal equity. The anticipated close date of this job requisition is:
March 02, 2026. As part of the total rewards package, this position is eligible for a short‑term incentive based on performance.
