This role sits at the intersection of security, device compliance, and endpoint platform engineering—powering our enterprise by keeping client devices protected and connected. As Endpoint Engineer within our End User Engineering Team, you will be responsible for monitoring and maintaining the health of all managed endpoint devices across JAMF Pro, SCCM, MECM, and Intune. You’ll lead patch and update deployment across macOS, Windows, iOS, and Android devices, informed by CVE vulnerability reports.
Your work ensures compliance, availability, and a consistently secure user environment. With deep expertise in UEM systems and a passion for secure infrastructure, you’ll play a vital role in strengthening Moderna’s device ecosystem worldwide.
Your key responsibilities will be:
Monitor and maintain the health and performance of all managed client devices across JAMF Pro (macOS), SCCM/MECM (Windows), and Intune (iOS, Android, and Windows).
Troubleshoot and resolve Unified Endpoint Management (UEM) connectivity issues to ensure high device availability and robust security across platforms.
Review CVE (Common Vulnerabilities and Exposures) reports, determine impacted systems, and implement patches or configuration-based mitigations as required.
Deploy operating system, application, and firmware patches via the appropriate UEM platforms, minimizing vulnerability exposure.
Provide detailed reports and security deployment status updates to stakeholders, maintaining visibility through key compliance and performance metrics.
Your responsibilities will also include:
Continuously audit device compliance across platforms, verifying alignment with Moderna’s security policies and protocols.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to proactively develop and implement enterprise-wide endpoint security strategies.
Create, document, and refine compliance processes, contributing to improved operational efficiency and device lifecycle health.
Promote a culture of endpoint security awareness through collaborative risk mitigation and transparent operations.
Engage with global teams and platforms to contribute to Moderna’s enterprise-grade endpoint security maturity, incorporating future-forward tooling, including Generative AI, where possible.

Here’s What You’ll Need (Basic Qualifications)
