Overview
Madison Regional Health System is seeking a Human Resources Generalist to be a part of the Madison Regional Health System mission:
Committed to providing quality healthcare, close to home. Our Human Resources Generalist is an essential part of our Administration team and is responsible for performing HR-related duties on a professional level and works closely with senior management.
- Payroll administration
- Benefits administration
- Training and onboarding
- Policy implementation
- Recruitment/employment
- Human Resources or relevant field degree preferred
- Additional HR training preferred
- Excellent customer service, attention to detail, strong telephone etiquette, computer knowledge
- Ability to multi-task in pressure/stressful situations
- Must maintain confidentiality of sensitive payroll and HR information
The working conditions are in a clean, well-lighted area, with the majority of the shift spent seated. Frequent repetitive motion of the hands/wrists is involved. The position is a full-time role with eight-hour shifts, Monday through Friday.
