TBonz Management Company is now hiring an Assistant General Manager to join the leadership team of one of our flagship restaurants.

Responsibilities
  • Support the General Manager in day-to-day restaurant operations
  • Partner with front and back-of-house teams to maintain service excellence
  • Lead by example, coaching staff and nurturing growth
  • Contribute to cost control and financial performance strategies
  • Collaborate on team goals and execute action plans
  • Assist in scheduling, inventory oversight, and team communication
  • Deliver memorable guest experiences with enthusiasm and energy
  • Embrace teamwork and participate in staff meetings and culture-building activities
Qualifications
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in restaurant management (preferably high-volume)
  • Proven leadership and people management skills
  • Familiarity with financials, inventory, and scheduling tools
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities
  • Genuine passion for hospitality
Compensation

$50,000–$65,000 / Annually + Monthly Bonuses
