Powder Horn Family Camping Resort is a family campground located in Old Orchard Beach, Maine. We are seeking a positive, friendly, and energetic team members to join our team this summer! Our resort has varied opportunities across all lines of our operations to ensure a great camping experience for all our guests. From working outside with our Facilities Team and on our pool decks, providing fun and entertainment with the Activities and Game Window Teams, to working inside with the Front Office and Camp Store and Cafe.

There are many different roles that make Powder Horn run!

The Front Office team is at the heart and center of Powder Horn Family Camping Resort. With heavy guest interaction and technology usage, you’ll be working with all guests and enforcing campground policies. Knowledge of the surrounding area is a bonus. Strong communication skills, organizational and ability to work in an often fast‑paced office environment. We have a dedicated French‑Speaking clientele, Spoken or written French is preferred.

• Opening and closing the office
• Cash handling and counting out Office Reservationists
• Being an aid to Office Reservationists with guest interactions
• Covering MOD (Manager on Duty) shifts
• Ensuring Office Reservationists are enforcing our policies and procedures
• Interacting with vacationing families at our office
• Booking and discussing reservations over the phone or at the window
• Provide information on the surrounding area and Powder Horn to guests
• Taking payments in person and over the phone
• Working with softwares such as Google Drive, Webmail, and Camp Spot
• Creating a fun environment for our guests to enjoy!

Reservationist Lead Pay (18+): $18.75 - $20.50/hr
