Ready for a rewarding career in Bar Harbor, Maine? We’re hiring a Seasonal Housekeeper for our Bar Harbor Grand Hotel. This full‑time seasonal position runs from Spring to Fall, with varying shifts that may include mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays. The starting wage is $17.25 per hour.

As a Housekeeper, you’ll play a vital role in ensuring our guests have an exceptional stay. From making beds to polishing surfaces, you’ll create a welcoming and pristine environment that guests will remember long after their visit. Guided by the Housekeeping Manager, you’ll work closely with team members to keep our beautiful property in top condition.

• Clean and prepare guest rooms and common areas to high standards.
• Change linens, make beds, and replenish towels and amenities.
• Dust, vacuum, and sanitize surfaces to maintain a spotless environment.
• Restock housekeeping supplies and report inventory needs.
• Assist with laundry duties as needed.
• Respond promptly to guest requests and ensure their satisfaction.
• Work collaboratively with the housekeeping team to meet daily goals.
• Perform other related duties as assigned.

• Positive, team‑oriented attitude with excellent interpersonal skills.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to cleanliness.
• Ability to work efficiently and meet deadlines.
• Comfortable with physical tasks such as bending, lifting, and standing for extended periods.
• Flexibility to adapt to varying schedules and tasks.

• Prior housekeeping or hospitality experience is a plus, but not required. We will train the right candidate.

• 90‑day performance review, guest feedback, and team collaboration.
