• Engage with guests to ensure a positive stay.
• Work with your team to achieve resort/hotel cleanliness goals.
• Coordinate the day’s workflow and distribute duties.
• Inspect guest rooms following highest quality standards.
• Hold department employees accountable for quality standards.
• Supervise and train staff to maintain cleaning standards.
• Assist in inventory of linen and supplies.
• Assist in performance evaluations.
• Use judgment to assign rooms and duties.
• Coordinate activities with Front Desk Supervisor and staff.
• Report maintenance needs accordingly.
• Ensure safe use of cleaning chemicals.
• Provide coverage for callouts or increased room counts.
• Perform other duties as requested by management.

• 6 months experience in a similar housekeeping position desirable.
• Engaging and caring personality.
• Time management skills.
• Ability to work on feet for an extended period.
• Effective communication skills.
• Ability to read room numbers, dates, and basic instructions.
• Physical ability to move, traverse, and reach corners; lift, carry and position loads up to 25 lbs; operate cleaning equipment.
