Senior Executive Consultant – Hotel Manager

From Renard International Hospitality Search Consultants, we are seeking a personable, service‑driven Hotel Manager to lead a charming, upscale 50‑room waterfront hotel in the heart of Kennebunkport, Maine. This role requires strong operational expertise, excellent people skills, and a solid understanding of revenue management and reservation systems.

• Proven experience as a Resort Manager or Hotel Manager in a boutique property.
• Strong background in revenue management, reservations, and event operations.
• Personable, approachable, and guest‑centric demeanor.
• Excellent communication and leadership skills.
• Bachelor’s degree in hospitality, business, or related field preferred.

• Oversee all day‑to‑day hotel operations including front office, housekeeping, food & beverage, and maintenance.
• Foster a welcoming, team‑oriented culture focused on personalized guest service.
• Implement effective strategies for maximizing room revenue, ADR, and occupancy.
• Work closely with the reservations and sales teams to optimize inventory and manage booking trends.
• Oversee planning and execution of weddings, private functions, and corporate events.
• Develop and manage budgets, control costs, and ensure financial goals are met.
• Prepare regular reports on performance, forecasting, and key metrics.

Salary: $100,000 USD annually, negotiable, with performance incentives and benefits.
