Schedule:

Monday through Friday
Compensation:
Salary up to $100k based on experience
Sign on bonus up to $10k and student debt repayment

Saco Bay PT is seeking a licensed physical therapist to lead and deliver an exceptional patient care experience as an Assistant Center Manager. In this role, you will help oversee our outpatient therapy team. This position is a platform for the training and development needed to be considered for a promotion to a center manager role.

Responsibilities
  • Lead and deliver an exceptional patient care experience as part of the outpatient therapy team
  • Oversee the outpatient therapy team and contribute to center operations
  • Support career development and training, with the goal of advancing to a center manager role
  • Assist leadership in growing the center and market through program and business development
  • Support employee engagement, retention efforts, and resolution of employee relations issues
  • Participate in strategies to increase profitability
Qualifications
  • Must be a graduate of an American Physical Therapy Association (APTA) accredited school of physical therapy
  • Valid State Physical Therapy License
  • CPR certification
