What You'll Do
  • Implement occupational therapy treatment plans as established by the supervising Occupational Therapist
  • Provide therapeutic interventions to improve patients’ functional abilities and daily living skills
  • Monitor patient progress and report changes to the Occupational Therapist
  • Document treatments and patient responses accurately and timely in accordance with state and facility guidelines
  • Educate patients and families on therapeutic techniques and home exercise programs
  • Collaborate with nursing, therapy, and care team members to ensure comprehensive patient care
  • Maintain a safe, clean, and organized treatment environment
What You'll Need
  • Current Massachusetts COTA license in good standing
  • 1 year experience in a rehab, skilled nursing, or healthcare setting
  • CPR certification preferred
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work effectively as part of a team
