We are recruiting for a Home Health Aide to serve patients in Camden, Burlington, Gloucester, Cumberland, and Salem in BAYADA’s ACSP Division.

Training available. Interviews and scheduling details. Open enrollment for courses. Certified Home Health Aide - CHHA. Day, Evening, Weekend shifts.

We provide virtual and in-person interviews.

• Following a written plan of care by a registered nurse, provide personal care services, household support, and companion care to help adults stay safe and independent at home.
• Assist with activities of daily living, light housekeeping, meal preparation, range of motion exercises, ambulation assistance, and medication reminders.
• Maintain client safety and comfort while delivering high-quality care.

• Previous home health care or patient care experience welcomed but not required; training is provided.
• Passion for caregiving and helping others, with a commitment to quality care.
• Empathy, patience, kindness, and respect.
• Ability to travel to clients’ homes as assigned.
• Commitment to delivering patient care with compassion, excellence, and reliability.

• Minimum one year of work experience (healthcare or related field preferred).
• Current HHA license listed in good standing with the state board.

• Activities of daily living assistance, light housekeeping, bathing, grooming, toileting, nail care, ROM exercises, transfers, oral feeding, vital signs, home management tasks, ambulation assistance, and medication support.
