School-based BHP/Ed Tech III - $1,000 Bonus!

We’re hiring full-time BHPs to support students in public school settings across Central Maine, with current openings in Turner, Leeds, and Greene (MSAD 52).
Candidates must hold a minimum of 90 college credits to be eligible for the Ed Tech III certification - Woodfords will provide!
Position Summary
As a School-Based BHP, you’ll provide individualized, strengths-based support to students in public school settings. Working collaboratively with educators and clinical teams, you will:
- Support students’ behavioral, social, emotional, and developmental goals
- Implement evidence-based behavioral health interventions
- Promote positive coping skills, routines, and independence
- Foster a safe, therapeutic, and engaging learning environment
- Adapt supports based on each student’s unique needs
Opportunity Details
Full-Time: 32–35 hours per week
Hourly Pay: $20.00–$22.00 (based on experience)
$1,000 Sign-On Bonus after successful completion of a 60-day introductory period

Turner, Leeds & Greene (MSAD 52)
Qualifications
- 90 college credits required to obtain Ed Tech III certification
- Associate's or bachelor's degree in psychology, social services, education, or related field preferred
- BHP certification preferred but not required! (Training will be provided upon hire)
- Valid driver's license with current auto insurance and use of a reliable vehicle
