• Maintain all appropriate licensure to prescribe and dispense medications under applicable state and federal laws
• Provide direct patient care via telemedicine, including synchronous video consultations and asynchronous messaging
• Evaluate patient records, make prescribing decisions, and provide medication‑related counseling in a timely manner
• Complete charting within 48 hours of each session
• Support a 72‑hour messaging response window for patients
• Respond promptly to clinical leadership and be highly reliable to members
• Be proficient with technology and enthusiastic about using telehealth and AI tools to enhance care

• Active APRN license and licensed Nurse Practitioner certified in Psychiatric & Mental Health (PMHNP required)
• Minimum 2 years of autonomous post‑graduate PMHNP experience in an outpatient setting
• Telehealth experience and high comfort level using technology
• Licensed in 4+ states (preferred)
• Availability of 8+ hours per week
• Experience working with adolescents preferred
• Opt‑in to Medicare/Medicaid
