For a limited time Maine Health is offering a $3,000 sign on bonus for Patient Service Representatives (PSRs):
- Eligible candidates are hired (offer accepted) into a Full or Part time PSR position. Bonus amount prorated for Part time hires, per diem hires are ineligible.
- Current Maine Health member employees are ineligible; former Maine Health Members are ineligible until greater than 6 months separation from employment.
This is a 36 hour per week position.
Our Maine Health Primary Care – Family Medicine – Stockton Springs | Maine Health is looking for a Patient Service Representative (PSR) to be the welcoming face and voice of our practice. As the first point of contact for our patients, you'll play a vital role in creating a positive experience and supporting smooth daily operations.
What you’ll do:- Greet patients with warmth and professionalism
- Manage patient scheduling, check-in, and check-out processes
- Answer phones and assist with appointment coordination
- Verify insurance and process referrals
- Support the clinical team with administrative tasks to keep the practice running smoothly
High school diploma or GED preferred.
Certifications:
N/A
Previous office experience with medical office experience preferred.

Proficient computer skills.
