Signet Health is partnering with Northern Maine Medical Center to launch new Outpatient Senior Adult Behavioral Health and Cardiopulmonary Rehab Programs in Fort Kent, Maine. We are recruiting a full‑time Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) or Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC).

This role involves direct patient care, including comprehensive intake assessments, treatment planning, and individual, couples, family, or group therapy. therapist must demonstrate proficiency in caring for senior adult populations.

Working hours:

Monday‑Friday, Day Shift.

• Master’s Degree in Social Work or Counseling
• Maine licensure as a LCSW or LPC
• Interpersonal skills necessary to provide quality patient care
• Understanding of growth, development, and the physical, emotional, and psychosocial needs of geriatric patients
• Strong written and verbal communication, problem‑solving, independent decision‑making, creativity, prioritization, and basic computing skills

• At least 2 years of work in an outpatient or inpatient behavioral health setting
• Experience working in a multidisciplinary team environment
