This per diem Occupational Therapy Assistant position is located at Coastal Manor, a skilled nursing and rehabilitation facility with 41 beds in Yarmouth, Maine.
Key Responsibilities:
- Implement and deliver established treatment plans under the supervision of a licensed Occupational Therapist.
- Communicate with residents, families, staff, and therapy team members.
- Provide timely documentation of care delivered as required by licensing, regulatory, and reimbursement requirements.
- Report changes in resident status to the supervising therapist.
Qualifications:
- Graduate of an approved Occupational Therapist Assistant curriculum.
- Must be a licensed Occupational Therapist Assistant in the state of Maine.
- In good standing with all regulatory agencies and licensing boards.
- Exudes professionalism in presentation.
