For a limited time Maine Health is offering a $3,000 sign on bonus for Patient Service Specialists (PSSs):- Eligible candidates are hired (offer accepted) into a Full or Part time PSS position.
Bonus amount prorated for Part time hires, per diem hires are ineligible. - Current Maine Health member employees are ineligible; former Maine Health Members are ineligible until greater than 6 months separation from employment.

Position Highlights:- Serve as the first point of contact for patients, providing professional and friendly assistance in person and over the phone.

- Maintain patient records and ensure a smooth flow of communication between clinical staff and patients.

Required Minimum Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities (KSAs)High school diploma or GED preferred.
