Summer Financial Services Specialist (Teller), Lincoln
There is an opening for a part-time Summer Financial Services Specialist (Teller) in the Lincoln branch. The FSS will be an active member of the branch team with a focus on assisting customers with all service transactions. A strong focus will be placed on developing new relationships and deepening existing customer relationships through cross selling products and services, running a cash drawer, referring complex requests to the appropriate banker and proactive customer outreach.
The Qualified Candidate Should Possess The Following Qualifications- High school diploma or equivalent work experience
- Experience in customer service or retail
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn
- Good analytical and problem-solving skills
- Strong attention to detail
- Up to a week of in-person training, which requires travel to Machias, is mandatory within the first 30 days for onboarding in this role. Additionally, future training sessions may necessitate travel if retraining is required.
