Senior Director of Finance

Pro Search is hiring a Senior Director of Finance to lead our manufacturing client's finance organization. The Senior Director of Finance will drive financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, P&L oversight, cash flow management, financial modeling, analytics, and KPI tracking. Reporting to the CFO and President, the Senior Director of Finance provides strategic finance leadership and partners with cross‑functional teams to optimize the company’s financial performance.

• Lead financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, P&L management, cash flow, ROI, financial modeling, analytics, KPI development, ERP, and cost accounting.
• Partner with President and cross‑functional leadership teams to provide strategic financial insights, process improvements, and operational performance analysis.
• Establish, monitor, and report financial KPIs, cash flow, ROI, and operational metrics to guide decision‑making.
• Oversee ERP systems, cost accounting processes, and manufacturing finance initiatives.
• Mentor and develop finance teams, fostering excellence in financial planning, forecasting, budgeting, and strategic finance leadership.
• Support product portfolio analytics and plant‑level financial performance to inform investments, capital projects, and resource allocation.

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field; MBA or CPA/CFA preferred.
• 7+ years of experience in finance leadership, financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, P&L, cash flow management, financial modeling, analytics, KPI development, ERP, cost accounting, and strategic planning.
• Proven ability to lead finance teams, drive cross‑functional finance initiatives, and influence executive decision‑making.
• Hands‑on expertise in manufacturing finance, operational finance, product portfolio analytics, ERP systems, and advanced Excel/Power BI analytics.

• Lead finance leadership, financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, P&L, cash flow, financial modeling, analytics, KPI, ERP, cost accounting, and strategic planning across the organization.
• Build a high‑performing finance team that drives financial insights, strategic planning, and operational performance.
• Partner with executive leadership and cross‑functional teams to improve financial performance, ROI, and enterprise‑wide decision‑making.

Location:

Part time in Guilford, ME and can be split with Falmouth, ME.
