As a Poker Floor Supervisor, you’ll play a key role in creating a welcoming and enjoyable environment for both employees and guests. In this role you will support smooth poker room operations and serve as a primary point of contact for rulings and guest needs. With strong guest centricity and attention to detail, you will help ensure games run smoothly and in compliance with all rules, policies, and regulations.

• Greet poker guests, maintain table waiting list and seat players in games and making rulings in games following proper departmental protocol
• Utilize all aspects of the Bravo Poker software
• Stay informed about all Poker Division activities and events
• Input all player information into the database system and issue MGMRewards cards
• Work with tournament registration

• Must be 21 years of age or older
• High School Diploma, or GED
