Overview
Robbins Lumber, Inc, in Searsmont, Maine, is looking for an Electrical Engineer with PLC experience to support automation and electrical systems in a lumber manufacturing facility.
Responsibilities- Program and troubleshoot PLCs & VFDs
- Support HMI/SCADA and mill automation systems
- Support sawmill, planer, kiln, and material-handling equipment
- Assist with equipment upgrades and commissioning
- BS in Electrical Engineering, related field or equivalent experience
- 3+ years industrial or manufacturing experience
- Strong PLC and electrical troubleshooting skills
- Experience with Ladder Logics
- Sawmill or wood products experience a plus
- $100,000-$150,000/year
- Medical and dental
- Employer paid life insurance
- 3 weeks of PTO accrual annually
- Relocation incentive for anyone currently living outside of Maine
