Grade 3 Teacher – Mill Stream Elementary School
MSAD 54 is seeking a passionate, student-centered educator to join our team for the 2026‑27 school year. We are looking for an educator who believes deeply in the power of relationships, collaboration, and engaging instruction to help every child grow academically and personally.

- EL Education – Literacy (Grades 3–4) – providing a rigorous, knowledge‑building literacy program designed to strengthen reading comprehension and writing.
- Illustrative Mathematics (K–5) – a nationally recognized mathematics curriculum that promotes conceptual understanding, mathematical discourse, and problem‑solving.
Teachers receive ongoing professional development, coaching, and collaborative planning opportunities to ensure strong implementation of these programs.

Qualifications- Maine Teacher Certification (or eligibility) appropriate for the position.
