Description:
Mature believer in Christ who embraces Reformed theology and principles. We seek a half‑time, bivocational pastor, preferably a graduate of a seminary accredited by the Association of Theological Schools.
Compensation range: $41K–$50K, dependent on education level and experience, allocated among salary, housing, benefits, and pension as determined by the church.
If the candidate is a recent college graduate with significant faith formation, training, the seminary requirement is waivable, but the candidate would be expected to be engaged in credible and approved continuing education at a Reformed school.
If the candidate is bivocational, the church will consider the demands of the other employment. In this case, the church‑related continuing education may be online, as long as it includes an in‑person component that the church would be supportive of. Four weeks of vacation. A sabbatical is offered after completion of 5 years service at the church.
