Physics Teacher

Beginning 2026-27 School Year

Yarmouth High School is seeking a dynamic, versatile Physics teacher. The successful candidate will:

• Have expertise in constructing and leading physics and physical science instruction aligned with NGSS standards and three-dimensional science curriculum.
• Focus on creating active and engaging experiences and a positive and inclusive learning environment.
• Work collaboratively in close connection with staff to plan, implement and support student learning.
• Have deep science content knowledge and a willingness to teach all physical science courses, including Chemistry, Astronomy, or other electives.
• Evaluates student learning and adapts instruction.
