) educational specialist certificate required to be employed as a school librarian in Maine public schools.
Poland Regional High School and Bruce M. Whittier Middle School are seeking a dynamic, student-centered School Librarian to serve both our middle school and high school students. The ideal candidate is passionate about literacy, research, technology integration, and creating an inclusive library environment that supports academic achievement and fosters a lifelong love of reading and learning. The School Librarian plays a vital role in supporting curriculum, collaborating with teachers, teaching research and information literacy skills, and maintaining an engaging and well-organized library media center.
