Early Childhood Teacher (Infant/Toddler) — PT/FT — Yarmouth, ME
$19–$20/hr + $1,500 sign-on + generous PTO. Small nonprofit (12 children) in a wooded, cozy setting near Portland.

Support age‑appropriate development for infants–pre‑K (6 weeks–5 years), partner with the director and teammates on daily curriculum, and build warm, consistent relationships with families.
ScheduleWe are ideally looking for a full‑time position (30–35 hrs); schedule flexibility for work‑life balance.
Pay & perks$19–$20/hr base (starting base based on relevant credentials/experience; opportunity for increases over time), $1,500 sign‑on bonus, paid PD time, PTO as above, holiday bonus.
Must‑haves- CPR/First Aid (or get within 30 days)
- Reliability
- A nurturing presence
- 1+ year ECE experience
- CDA/AA/BA in ECE or related
