Part-time IEP Coordinator:
School-Year Position 20 hours per week.

IEP Coordinator responsibilities include:

• Contact parents/guardians regarding IEPs and scheduling with schools as needed.
• Attend and assist in all IEP meetings as requested.
• Create and review IEP meeting documents to ensure quality and accuracy.
• Support and assist the Special Services Coordinator, Special Education Case Managers, Special Education teachers, and Service Providers with paperwork or related questions.
• Attend all required District/DOE meetings, training, and professional development.
• Professional attire and compliance with FERPA required.
• Communicate with the Operations Department regarding student transportation and related paperwork.
• Communicate and maintain records of contact with Special Purpose Private Schools regarding referrals and openings.
• Any other duties as assigned by the Special Education Coordinator.

• Minimum of a Bachelor’s Degree in Education (282 or 286 certification required)
• Current CHRC
• Experience with Acuity (Adori) software and Infinite Campus preferred
• Proficiency with Google Suite, including Google Calendar, preferred
