Early Childhood Supervisor Preschool – Hight Center

Position located in Skowhegan, ME. The role is full‑time and requires a self‑motivated, dynamic supervisor to lead preschool classrooms for children aged 3–5 years at the NEW Hight Family Early Learning Center.

Bring your early childhood education experience to help us implement a comprehensive program for children. As supervisor, you will provide leadership to classroom teaching teams and promote a culture of professionalism, collaboration, and continuous improvement in the current classrooms.

• Bachelor’s Degree in Early Care & Education or related field (Master’s preferred) and 5 years paid experience in Early Care and Education (birth‑age
  5) with 3 years in a leadership role.
• Strong interpersonal, written and verbal communication, documentation, critical thinking, proficient computer, and group management skills.
• Ability to travel out of state.
• Must meet agency and State of Maine Child Care Licensing requirements for background checks, fingerprinting, and physical exams.
