Faculty - Business Management

We are seeking a full‑time (9‑month) Faculty – Business Management to join Saint Joseph’s College in Standish, Maine. The position commences August 2026 and carries a 12‑credit teaching load per semester, with optional online instruction.

• Teach introductory and advanced courses in Business Management, including Introduction to Management, Human Resources Management, Senior Business Seminar, Business Law, and Economics.
• Advise 25–35 undergraduate students per semester.
• Participate in ongoing assessment of department programs.
• Develop community‑based learning initiatives and new courses as needed.
• Collaborate with the Admissions Office to recruit new students through admissions events and other outreach activities.
• Commit to excellence in teaching, scholarship, and service to the institution and community.

• Masters degree in Business or related field (Doctorate or ABD preferred).
• Minimum five years of successful experience in business.
• Experience in multimodal curriculum design and effective teaching practices.

• Five years of teaching experience at the higher‑education level.
• Experience in nonprofit management/leadership.
