• Federally qualified health center with 9 locations Patient-centered medical home On-site pharmacy Services include physical and occupational therapy, chiropractic, massage, optometry, dental and acupuncture Staff include MDs, NPs and PAs, Social workers, and strong support staff Athena EMR Manageable patient census
