We are looking for a full‑time, on‑site Construction Superintendent based in Freeport, ME. The Superintendent will oversee daily onsite operations of construction projects, ensuring progress aligns with timelines, budget, and scope. Key responsibilities include supervising construction site activities, coordinating subcontractors, enforcing safety protocols, and managing site logistics. The Superintendent will work closely with the project management team to address challenges, maintain quality standards, and drive project completion efficiently.

• Proven ability in Construction Site Management and Construction Safety compliance
• Strong organization skills and attention to detail in managing multiple tasks
• Experience in handling budgeting and monitoring financial aspects of projects
• Proficiency in construction management and scheduling to meet deadlines
• Strong leadership, problem‑solving, and communication skills
• Ability to interpret blueprints, specifications, and project documentation
• Familiarity with construction software tools is a must
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in a related role; bachelor’s degree in construction management, engineering, or a related field preferred
