This position is responsible for:
Plans and provides activities and childcare services for children participating in the Summer Day Camp Program. Plans, develops, and facilitates recreational activities and play time. Maintains cleanliness and orderliness of Corps property. Assists in facilitating and supervising summer Day Camp Program.
Key Responsibilities- Provides leadership and constant care for the needs of the children in an efficient, clean, loving, safe, secure, and healthy manner.
- Facilitates activities for school age children; ensures that activities are age appropriate, stimulating, fun and safe for the children
- Prepares and serves children snacks and meals; ensures that children receive nutritional and tasteful food; provides positive, relaxed atmosphere during children mealtime encouraging conversation.
- Assists with transporting children whenever needed; ensures the safety and protection of children at all times.
- Assists in preparing and providing field trips for children.
- Work is performed in an indoor and outdoor recreational environment where there may be physical discomforts associated with changes in weather or discomforts associated with noise, dust, dirt, and the like.

What we are looking for in you:
- High School Diploma or GED
- OR
- Any equivalent combination of training and experience which provides the required knowledge, skills, and abilities.
Valid Driver's License
First Aid and CPR certification
