• Coordinate and track enterprise process initiatives to ensure strategic priorities are executed effectively
• Act as a liaison between leadership, process owners, functional teams, and external stakeholders
• Support the Business Process leadership team in achieving measurable outcomes across functions
• Manage and prioritize multiple projects simultaneously while ensuring successful follow-through on deliverables
• Utilize agency management systems, such as Applied Epic, to enhance process efficiency

• Minimum of 2 years of experience in the insurance industry
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize workload effectively
• Legal authorization to work in the U.S. on a permanent basis without sponsorship
• Experience with agency management and related systems, like Applied Epic

• Experience in scheduling, organizing, and communicating across teams
