We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Project Planner to help ensure our projects stay on track, our teams are coordinated, and our clients receive timely, high-quality results. What You’ll Do
  • Develop and maintain detailed project schedules that align with client timelines and internal workflows.
  • Coordinate seasonal scheduling of Inspection and Field Services teams to optimize resource allocation.
  • Track project progress, monitor timelines, and proactively identify risks or delays.
  • Collaborate with Project Managers, Engineers, and leadership to resolve scheduling conflicts and streamline workflows.
  • Communicate schedule updates clearly and proactively to internal teams and clients.
  • Generate scheduling reports and provide leadership with timely insights.
  • Identify opportunities to improve processes and resource utilization, bringing forward solutions.
What Makes You a Strong Fit
  • Proven experience in project scheduling, coordination, or administrative support — ideally in engineering, inspection, construction, or related industries.
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills with the ability to prioritize competing demands.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • High attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Proficiency with scheduling tools, project management software, or ERP systems (e.g., Net Suite, Primavera).
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining a solutions-oriented, collaborative mindset.
  • Associate’s degree Business Administration or related field preferred; high school diploma required.
