We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Project Planner to help ensure our projects stay on track, our teams are coordinated, and our clients receive timely, high-quality results. - Develop and maintain detailed project schedules that align with client timelines and internal workflows.
- Coordinate seasonal scheduling of Inspection and Field Services teams to optimize resource allocation.
- Track project progress, monitor timelines, and proactively identify risks or delays.
- Collaborate with Project Managers, Engineers, and leadership to resolve scheduling conflicts and streamline workflows.
- Communicate schedule updates clearly and proactively to internal teams and clients.
- Generate scheduling reports and provide leadership with timely insights.
- Identify opportunities to improve processes and resource utilization, bringing forward solutions.
- Proven experience in project scheduling, coordination, or administrative support — ideally in engineering, inspection, construction, or related industries.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills with the ability to prioritize competing demands.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- High attention to detail and accuracy.
- Proficiency with scheduling tools, project management software, or ERP systems (e.g., Net Suite, Primavera).
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining a solutions-oriented, collaborative mindset.
- Associate’s degree Business Administration or related field preferred; high school diploma required.
- Make an immediate impact by ensuring critical projects run smoothly and efficiently.
- Work closely with engineers, field teams, and leadership to see your work directly influence client satisfaction and operational success.
