• Manage and scale a comprehensive Sales Enablement program to maximize home lending recapture and harvesting capabilities
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement sales strategies and tools
• Lead strategic planning, digital strategy, and business technology oversight
• Design initiatives to enhance customer loyalty and identify areas for improvement
• Present data-driven insights and reports to executive leadership regarding home lending performance

• Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent
• Eight (8) years of experience in Mortgage and Home Equity lending, marketing, and analytics
• Ability to travel 10%
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Proficiency with sales enablement tools and CRM platforms

• Five (5) years of experience leading business analyst teams focused on enhancing home lending recapture and harvesting
