What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
  • Own gross revenue retention (GRR) as the primary success metric, ensuring accountability for renewals and expansions

  • Proven success in improving gross revenue retention (GRR) at a global scale
  • Experience leading distributed client success organizations of 50+ across multiple industries
  • Bachelor’s degree required; advanced degree in business, analytics, or related field preferred
