We’re seeking a dynamic and mission-driven leader to help oversee our overnight camp programs and year-round guest experiences. In this role, you’ll support the Camp Director in ensuring safe, engaging, and values-centered programming while providing exceptional hospitality to campers, families, and rental groups. From guiding cabin life and supervising staff to leading team-building retreats and assisting with high-end events, you’ll play a key part in delivering high-quality experiences that reflect our organization’s goals.
If you’re passionate about youth development, skilled in program and staff management, and energized by a fast-paced camp environment, we’d love to meet you.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in hospitality management, event operations, or a related field, with at least 1 year in a supervisory role.
- Experience in staff management, camper supervision, and program delivery required.
- Customer service and guest relations experience required; luxury or high-end service experience preferred.
